Policies and Procedures


Welcome to the Mid Atlantic Water website and thank you for visiting. We ask that you review the following basic terms and policies that govern the use of the site and the purchasing of products from our site. By purchasing the Mid Atlantic Water from  website you agree to follow and be bound by these terms and policies. These terms may be changed from time to time and your use of the site following any such changes shall confirm your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as modified.


Our filtration systems are built to order, packaged and ready for shipment. Orders will generally ship out in 2-4 weeks for most products, some products and special orders may take 4-8 weeks to ship, weekends and holidays not included as shipping or delivery days. Some delays may occur due to inclement weather, holidays, sales events or backorders.  Mid Atlantic Water is not responsible for any delays in shipping.

Special Orders and Commercial Equipment:

Any and all commercial equipment or equipment that had to be specifically ordered for a customer or for a specific application  cannot be cancel or returned.  No exceptions


Returns must be received by the seller within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Prior authorization is required for all returns and freight must be prepaid by the buyer. Please call the number on our website to speak with a customer service representative for authorization.  Any equipment that has been opened, or installed cannot be returned.  ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY MID ATLANTIC WATER,  RETURNS SENT BACK WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED BACK TO THE BUYER AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled changed or altered in any way shape or form.

You will be emailed  a Return goods authorization (RGA#) number, if your request is approved. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the seller, approved refunds will be issued within 30 days of approval, and only with the sellers consent. Shipping, handling and installation charges are not refundable. orders that receive free shipping or a promotional shipping rate will be subject to the actual shipping charges back to the seller. Returns must arrive in undamaged condition or no credit will be issued to the buyer. That includes the shipping boxes and any contents within the box or boxes.  


Any and all refunds will be issued at the discretion of the seller, and only with the sellers consent. Refunds will be issued within in 30 days of approval. No exceptions

Returned Goods will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Restocking fee may be waived for exchanges of items of equal or greater value. 

If Mid Atlantic Water receives a return without authorization the order will be returned back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.

All items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and returned in the original packaging with all documentation.

Incomplete or damaged orders must be reported within 3 days. Missing components from incomplete orders will be shipped in 2-3 business days of being reported. It is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the delivery company.

If we receive the returned product and the product was received by us damaged, you the buyer, will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier.

Special orders or custom orders are not refundable. No RGA number will be issued.


If the buyer receives damaged product, it is the buyers responsibility to contact and file a claim with the delivery company.  If a product is damaged due to improper installation, the product will not be covered by the manufacturers warranty.


Any order that is refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 25% restocking fee along with the original cost of the shipping even if the order was processed with a promotional or free shipping rate. If any order was a custom order or a special order no refund will be given.


Orders can only be cancelled by phone prior to your being processed. However, if your order has already been processed we will not be able to cancel your order and it will be shipped. YOU MAY RETURN YOUR ORDER IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR REGULAR RETURN POLICY. There is a 50.00 dollar processing fee for all cancelled orders.  Orders must me cancelled by phone,  800-460-5810. Any orders cancelled without contacting the seller will be shipped to the buyer. Orders cannot be cancelled by email or text. No Exceptions 


Orders being shipped to the lower 48 states will be shipped for free. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges to be paid for by the buyer.


From time to time we may experience delays in the shipping of orders due to, manufacturing, weather, holidays or backorders, certain products may take 2-4 weeks to ship.  If a delay does occur, your order will be shipped as soon as the delay is over, or the product is back in stock.


Mid Atlantic Water does not provide installation or service of equipment it sells. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have any and all equipment installed and serviced if needed. Mid Atlantic Water does provide technical support by phone, email and text messaging for all customers.


All  product warranties are subject to manufacturers approval.  Mid Atlantic Water and it’s ownership are not responsible for product warranties for equipment purchased by the buyer. Mid Atlantic Water is not responsible for any changes in the condition of the buyers water supply outside of equipment parameters purchased by the buyer.  Any changes in water quality outside of the equipment parameters purchased by the buyer may require additional equipment to correct that problem. The buyer is responsible for shipping any and all products back to the manufacturer for warranty approval. Mid Atlantic water will not be responsible for any shipping charges.
